Code of conduct
As a member of the Polish Association of Employment Agencies, we act in compliance with the code of conduct and rules established by the association.
We made our main principle to act in good faith.
Taking any action, we adhere to the letter of the law, the principles of fair competition and commercial integrity as well as any acknowledged rules of social coexistence of a country or a community we function in.
We are governed by honesty, responsibility, professionalism, and reliability towards all the members of recruitment, human resources consulting, temporary employment and outsourcing processes.
We put into practice the principle of equal treatment of the employment agency personnel, jobseekers, temporary employees and any other labour market players, regardless of their sex, age, disability, skin colour, religion, nationality, political views, union membership, ethnic origin, or sexual orientation.
We are in particular obliged to preserve the confidentiality of jobseekers’ personal data which are processed for the purposes of recruitment.
We remunerate temporary employees accordingly and on time.
We are constantly improving our knowledge and developing our skills in recruitment, personnel consulting, temporary employment and outsourcing.
