This certificate constitutes an irrefutable proof of legality and security of our employees and business partners, and for that reason it is particularly important for us to spread the idea of legal employment among our Business Partners.

Undeclared work, illegal employment, as well as non-compliance to Arbeitnehmer-Entsendegesetz (AEntG) and Arbeitneheruberlassungsgesetz (AUG) may be, following the provisions of  §23 AEntG, treated as an offence and may result in:

  •  the imposition of a fine of up to 500.000 Euro.
  •  temporary ban from the participation in tenders in case of a penalty of 2500 Euro,
  •  penalties in excess of 200 Euro are entered into the register of entrepreneurs,

The above penalties pertain to companies cooperating with illegal Employment Agencies, as well as Employment Agencies themselves providing services illegally.
